Martha E. Mansfield, age 71, of Wauseon, passed away Saturday morning, April 30, 2016 at Swanton Valley Care Center. She was born in Toledo on August 19, 1944 to the late Raymond Cully and Hazel (Gill) Cully and later grew up in Alvordton, OH with her sisters. Martha retired from the Campbell Soup Company in 2004 after 25 years of service. She was a past member of the Wildwood Bowmen Club in Delta.
