Clarence Levere ‘Doc’ Mercer peacefully went home to meet his Lord on Friday, September 19, 2014, with his loving wife Phyllis Jean by his side. Doc was born March 31, 1923 to Ross F. Mercer and Eliza Caulkins Mercer in Montpelier, Ohio. Doc married Phyllis Jean on October 14, 1949.
