Celebrate The BFG At The Pioneer Branch Library

The Pioneer Branch Library will be celebrating The BFG on Tuesday, September 20 from 3:00 to 4:15 pm.

The BFG is a children’s book written by Roald Dahl. The book was later made into a movie by Disney. In the story, an orphan human girl befriends a benevolent giant, dubbed the “Big Friendly Giant”, who takes her to Giant Country, where they attempt to stop giants that are invading the human world.

At the Pioneer Library program, come prepared to make your Dream Jar, play Fleshlumpeater Tag, and Pudding Pictionary! This event will be loads of fun for the fans of Roald Dahl’s novel and Disney release The BFG. Stop in prior to the program and add your dream jar to our bulletin board.

The Pioneer Branch Library is located at 106 Baubice Street. To learn more, please call Rose King at 419-737-2833.
