Edon’s Mariah Hantz Becomes Member Of SCRUBS Society At Ashland University

ASHLAND, OH – Mariah Hantz of Edon, OH, is a member of Ashland University’s SCRUBS Society.

Hantz is majoring in nursing.

She is the daughter of Charles and Melissa Hantz of Edon. Hantz is a 2013 graduate of Edon High School.

SCRUBS Society is an organization that seeks to provide leadership and encouragement to the students as well as engage in community service around Ashland and Mansfield. The selected members stay connected to faculty, peers, and community through different activities such as implementing coats for kids, assisting with a harvest party at Richland Newhope, participating in the Navajo collection drive, and hosting a CPR course. These particular programs, along with many others, have been very successful.
