fchd

Wauseon, OH – Fulton County Health Department has launched a new and improved website, www.fultoncountyhealthdept.com which combines a more comprehensive listing of Health Department services and a number of downloadable forms. “People will now be able to get online and print forms to fill out before coming to the department” states Health Commissioner Mike Oricko. “This should save time and be more efficient”. The new website is easier to use and provides increased accessibility to up-to-date information.

The Fulton County Health Department homepage welcomes visitors with basic information, hours of operation and a mission that we are “here to serve you”. Some new features are:

  • Downloadable Forms
  • Monthly Calendar
  • Recalls
  • 2013 Fulton County Health Assessment Data

These new and improved features provide a quick way for Fulton County residents to get the information they need when they want it.

You can also find us on Facebook. The Facebook page announces special events and product recalls. According to Oricko, “We’re finding that social media venues, such as Facebook, are a quick way to alert people to important information.”

For more information please call Mike Oricko at 419-337-0915.
