March 26th, 2015 (WAUSEON, OH) In honor of April being Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Month, the Fulton County Job & Family Services along with Adriel, INC is hosting a walk and run F.U.N 5K with a Family Fun Walk on April 25th, 2015 at Pettisville Pavilion Park 18405 County Road D-E, in Pettisville, OH.
Registration for this free community awareness event will begin at 8:00 am with the Family Fun Walk (1k) beginning at 9:00am and the 5K (3.1 miles) walk, run and children’s activities beginning at 10:00am. Local agencies will be at the event to meet with community members. Other special guests will include Happy the Clown and Princess Anna and Queen Elsa from Laurel’s Princess Parties. Also in attendance will be local EMS, Fire Departments and Fulton County Sheriff Deputy Simon and his K-9 dog Maggie. Light refreshments will be served.
This event is made possible in part from the assistance of Ohio Children’s trust fund and their “Pause for a Child Campaign,” to promote the safety and well-being of children, youth and families as well as Fraud Awareness.
