Robert Sullivan of Area Office on Aging, Northwest Ohio branch, will lead a six-part class on Chronic Pain Self-Management. This class will meet on Mondays from March 2 to April 6 from 9:30 am to noon at the Wauseon site. Have you been diagnosed with pain lasting longer than 3 to 6 months or beyond the normal healing time of an injury? Participants of this class report more energy, less pain, less dependence on others, improved mental health, increased activity, better coping skills and overall improved quality of life.
