Fulton County To Remove Wildlife From Pettisville Lagoons

Wildlife around the Pettisville Waste water Lagoons will be removed from the area following action by the Board of Fulton County Commissioners. The legislation approved April 25 targets geese, muskrats, groundhogs and woodchucks. The animals increase the amount of bacteria and sediments in lagoos as well as damaging the banks.

The board also approved a request by Sheriff Miller to dispose of a 2010 Crown Victoria damaged beyond repair in an accident last fall.
