Holiday City is kicking off the month of November in style.
Using the appropriate slogan, “Having a Vine time,” the area is hosting a Wine and Art Festival. The event will likely be a big draw to the popular stop between Montpelier and Pioneer.
Of course, what would a wine and art festival be without, well, wine and art? Organizers of the event have secured the commitment of nine wineries to take part in the festivities. Both artists and authors are also welcome to partake in the happenings at the Festival.
Patrons will also have more than twenty vendors surrounding them, giving those in attendance a wide variety of goods from which to choose. Food will also be made available, some of which will be freshly prepared on the scene.
With the local Ramada Inn playing host, the Festival will take place on Saturday, November 1 from 4:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. Tickets are being sold at $20 pre-sale, while those paying their way at the door will need $25 to do so.
Entry into the event will give one access to ten tastings and hors d’oeuvres. Wine pairings will also be available at $10 each. For those who would rather just come to shop, a $5 admittance fee is all that is required.
A party will be held at Wynn’s Lounge after the Festival itself.
