Community Health Professionals of Archbold and Bryan will host a Butterfly Release and Memorial Service on Aug. 13, 6:30 p.m. at Garver Park Rotary Pavilion for families and friends of hospice patients served from July 1, 2013 – June 30, 2014.
In the past, both offices partnered with the Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center on a Christmas Memorial Service. This year they are teaming up to hold an event to honor loved ones in a smaller, local, outdoor setting.
Garver Park Rotary Pavilion is located behind Community Hospital of Williams County (Bryan Hospital). Seating will be provided, but is limited. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.
The public is invited to attend. Those wishing to release their own butterfly may donate $5 to cover the cost. There will also be a release of butterflies for families not wishing to release their own.
For more information or to purchase a butterfly, contact either the Archbold office at (419) 445-5128 or Bryan office at (419) 633-7590.
Community Health Professionals is a nonprofit home health and hospice organization.
