Are you interested in being more active this year? Do you want to get into better shape in 2016? If the answer to these questions is yes, then the West Unity Branch Library has exactly what you are looking for! The library will once again be holding Walk Fit workouts for patrons.
Participants can come and move along with the staff to beginner fitness DVD’s to get in shape. The program is free to the public and will be held weekly on Tuesdays at 12:00 pm and Wednesdays at 5:00 pm.
