Dye went 4 innings and allowed 4 hits while fanning 3. Duchene put in 3 innings of work, allowing 6 hits and striking out 4.
Lesley Clark and Haley Suffel each had a single and a double for Montpelier. Wendy Duchene had 3 singles, Sydney Houk, Christy Duchene and Christina Prather had a pair of base hits apiece, and Dye and Marinna Mercer each singled.
Conner Varner went the route for Stryker, allowing 5 runs on 15 hits and a walk, fanning 4.
