Kay Raypholtz started with “The Village Reporter” in July of 2012 as a reporter and part time Sales Representative. Kay earned an associate degree in human services in 2004 and is continuing her education as a part-time student at Defiance College studying for a social work degree. As part of her schooling, she is an intern at a Defiance homeless shelter. Kay married Pastor Mike Raypholtz in June 2012 and they live in Pioneer, Ohio. Kay has three grown children, and two step-children. Raypholtz enjoys writing, and enjoys submitting articles to a monthly church newsletter. One of Kay’s dreams is to write a book.
