WILLIAMS County Sheriff
On April 18, 2015 at 11:19 AM., Darrell L. Parks, age 53, of Montpelier, Ohio, was traveling south on CR-15 and travelled off the west side of the roadway and struck a mailbox. He was cited for Operation Without Reasonable Control.
On April 19, 2015 at 4:18 PM, Pascal T. Mapati, of Edgerton, Ohio, was traveling west on CR-D and traveled off the north side of the roadway, struck a utility pole, and overturned.
On April 20, 2015 at 10:23 AM, the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a theft at 12953 CR-G, Williams County Highway Department. It was reported that sometime over the past few days, someone took four road marking signs on CR-19.50 and one on CR-I.50. Total loss reported at $150.00. The report is still under investigation. On April 20, 2015 at 4:05 PM, the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a failure to pay complaint at 13441 SR-15, Holiday City Stop and Go. It was reported that a blue Chevrolet pick-up truck pumped $71.00 in gasoline and drove off southbound on SR-15. The report is still under investigation. Kristen M. Lopez plead guilty to Failing to Comply with Order or Signal of a Police Officer, a felony of the third degree. She was sentenced to three years of Community Control, as well as a three year suspension on her driver’s license. Lopez was ordered to pay a fine of $500, as well as all costs of prosecution and court-appointed counsel.
Joseph M. Grubb plead guilty to Attempted Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs, a felony of the fourth degree, and Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree. He was sentenced to twenty-eight months at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. Grubb was ordered to pay all costs of prosecution and court-appointed counsel.
Duane M. Hoover plead guilty to Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs, a felony of the third degree, and Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree. He was sentenced to forty-one months at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. Hoover was ordered to pay all costs of prosecution and court-appointed counsel.

Martin plead guilty to Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs and Aggravated Possession of Drugs, both felonies fo the second degree, as well as Permitting Drug Abuse, a felony of the fifth degree. She was sentenced to six years and eleven months at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. Martin was ordered to pay all costs of prosecution and court-appointed counsel.
John M. Kennell plead guilty to Illegal Manufacture of Drugs, a felony of the second degree, Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs, a felony of the third degree, and Aggravated Possession of Drugs and Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, both felonies of the first degree. He was sentenced to fifteen years and six months at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. Kennell was ordered to pay all costs of prosecution and court-appointed counsel.
Logan S. Andres plead guilty to Theft, a felony of the fourth degree. He was sentenced to five years of Community Control. Andres was ordered to pay $7,000 in restitution to Rick Andres, as well as all costs of prosecution and court appointed counsel.
Justin R. Perdue plead guilty to Vandalism, a felony of the fifth degree. He was sentenced to one year of Community Control. Perdue was ordered to pay a fine of $500, as well as all costs of prosecution and court-appointed counsel.

The Fulton County Crime Stopper Program would like your help in solving the following crimes:
Authorities are investigating the theft of an ATV. On March 13, 2015, the owner reported the 1999 Honda 300 four trax camouflage ATV missing from his shed at 8771 Co. Rd. 22, Archbold. It is valued at $1,000.
Authorities are also investigating the theft of a Digitrack Eclipse Locator taken from a tool compartment on a truck parked at 11011 Co. Rd. 16, Wauseon. The in ground GPS unit wa s removed from the toolbox during the evening hours on March 9, 2015 . The unit is valued at $16,000.
If you have any information concerning these crimes that could lead to the arrest and incarceration of the person(s) involved, please contact the Fulton County Crime Stopper Hotline. SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Sheriff Roy E. Miller announces that the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office conducted a High Visibility Traffic Blitz, designated Prom Blitz on April 18 and April 19, in conjunction with the Pettisville Prom. Deputies who worked this Blitz made 27 traffic stops and issued 4 citations. The citations were for 2 speed violations, no driver’s license, and driving under a license suspension. Deputies also issued 25 warnings to motorists. The High Visibility Traffic Blitzes are paid for from a grant that the Sheriff’s Office received from the Ohio Department of Public Safety. Sheriff Miller and his deputies are dedicated to protecting the citizens of Fulton County and the motorists who travel its highways. This grant allows for extra patrol to enforce traffic laws that will increase the safety of motorists on the roadway in areas that are prone to a higher number is serious and fatal crashes.
Sheriff Roy E. The purpose of this Blitz is to ensure the safety of those traveling to and from prom activities. Sheriff Miller and his deputies are dedicated to protecting the citizens of Fulton County and the motorists who travel its highways. These Blitzes are being funded from a grant that was awarded to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office from the Ohio Department of Public Safety. The grant pays for extra patrol to enforce traffic laws that will increase the safety of motorists on the roadways in areas that are prone to a higher number of serious and fatal crashes.
