On 2/10/2015 at 4:50 pm we arrested Eugene Terrell 205 W. Main St. Montpelier age 44 for theft and violation of protection order. He was taken to CCNO.
On 2/11/2015 at 2:08 am we arrested Nathanial Haynes 207 N. State St. Pioneer age 30 for domestic violence. He was taken to CCNO.

WILLIAMS County SHERIFF
On February 10, 2015, the Williams County Sheriff Office received information of a wanted subject at 218 W. High St. Apt C. Bryan, Ohio 43506. Upon arriving at the residence, Deputies located and arrested Julie F. Green age 56, Duane M. Hoover age 27, and Joseph M. Grubb age 26. All subjects had a felony warrant for Illegal Assembly of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs, a Third Degree Felony. Grubb and Hoover had an additional warrant for Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a Fifth Degree Felony. Additional charges may be pending. Subjects were transported to CCNO.

FULTON COUNTY
SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Sheriff Roy E. Miller announces that the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting a High Visibility Traffic Blitz from February 15th through February 21st. Deputies will be working various hours and locations throughout Fulton County. The Sheriff’s Office will be looking for seatbelt, speed, and distracted driving violations. Sheriff Miller and his deputies are dedicated to protecting the citizens of Fulton County and the motorists who travel its highways. These Blitzes are being funded from a grant that was awarded to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office from the Ohio Department of Public Safety. The grant pays for extra patrol to enforce the traffic laws that will increase the safety of motorists on roadways in areas that are prone to a higher number of serious and fatal crashes.

FULTON COUNTY Common pleas
A Delta man was sentenced on February 6, 2015, in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.

Jason D. Tressler, 22, of 3198 Circle Drive, previously pleaded guilty to Vandalism. On July 11, 2014, he used a golf cart without consent from Sunny’s Campground and damaged several greens and Old Pines golf course and property at Sunny’s. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Tressler to 3 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs, make restitution of $2,828 to the victims, have no contact with Sunny’s Campground or Old Pines, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol, abide by an 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. curfew, and successfully complete the SEARCH program. Failure to comply could result in Mr. Tressler spending 11 months in prison.

On February 9, 2015, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney Scott A. Haselman.
Brittney M. Seiler, age 19, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Complicity to Commit Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs and one count of Permitting Drug Abuse. On or about January 17, 2015, she allegedly aided another in selling or offering to sell Adderall in the vicinity of a juvenile and permitted her vehicle to be used in the commission of a felony drug abuse offense.

Trent D. Seiler, age 21, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs. On or about January 17, 2015, he allegedly possessed Adderall.

Aaron C. Huffman, age 20, of Delta, OH, was indicted on one count of Underage Possession or Consumption of Alcohol, one count of Obstructing Official Business, one count of Resisting Arrest, four counts of Assault, and one count of Criminal Damaging or Endangering. On or about January 24, 2015, he allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to three peace officers while in the performance of their official duties, allegedly assaulted a fourth individual, allegedly obstructed a public official in the performance of his lawful duties, and allegedly resisted or interfered with his lawful arrest. He also, being under age 21, allegedly purchased or consumed beer or an intoxicating liquor, and allegedly caused substantial risk of physical harm to property.

James R. Black, age 18, of Bryan, OH, was indicted on two counts of Receiving stolen Property, one count of Breaking and Entering, one count Theft, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, and one count of Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs. On or about January 27, 2015, he allegedly received property knowing or having reasonable cause to believe it was stolen. He also allegedly trespassed in an unoccupied structure in Delta with purpose to commit a theft offense. Mr. Black also allegedly possessed methamphetamine and chemicals that may be used to manufacture methamphetamine.

Tristen L. Reynolds, age 22, of Bryan, OH, was indicted on two counts of Receiving Stolen Property, one count of Breaking and Entering, one count of Theft, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, and one count of Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs. On or about January 27, 2015, he allegedly received property knowing or having reasonable cause to believe it was stolen and allegedly possessed chemicals that may be used in the manufacture of methamphetamine. Mr. Reynolds also allegedly trespassed in an unoccupied structure in Delta with purpose to commit a theft offense.

Schuylar R. Winkler, age 21, of Defiance, OH, was indicted on one count of Breaking and Entering, one count of Theft, one count of Receiving Stolen Property, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, and one count of Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the manufacture of Drugs. On or about January 27, 2015, he allegedly trespassed in an unoccupied structure in Delta with purpose to commit a theft offense and received property knowing or having reasonable cause to believe it was stolen. Mr. Winkler also allegedly possessed chemicals that may be used to manufacture methamphetamine.

William E. Davis, age 50, of Toledo, OH, was indicted on one count of Identity Fraud, one count of Possessing Criminal Tools, one count of Forgery, and one count of Theft. On or about September 2, 2014, he allegedly used the personal identifying information of another person with the intent to hold himself out to be the other person. He also allegedly forged a savings IRA debit transaction form, allegedly stole cash, and allegedly possessed an instrument with purpose to use it in the commission of a felony.

Jonica L. Campbell, age 28, of Swanton, OH, was indicted on one count of Permitting Drug Abuse and one count of Complicity to Commit Trafficking in Marijuana. On or about November 12, 2014, she allegedly aided another in selling or offering to sell marijuana in the vicinity of a juvenile and permitted her vehicle to be used in a felony drug abuse offense.

Kathy Jo Nagypaul, age 61, of Toledo, OH, was indicted on two counts of Theft. On or about November 2014 to December 19, 2014, she allegedly stole cash valued at $1,000 or more but less than $7,500 and blank checks from another.

Tammy S. Bogedain, age 39, of Toledo, OH, was indicted on one count of Theft, one count of Theft From an Elderly Person or Disabled Adult, and one count of Forgery. On or about August 8, 2014 to January 4, 2015, she allegedly stole cash valued at $1,000 or more but less than $7,500 and blank checks from an elderly person or disabled adult. She also allegedly forged a check belonging to another person.

Aaron A. Bowers, age 22, of Archbold, OH, was indicted on three counts of Unlawful Sexual Conduct With a Minor. On or about the month of August 2014 to December 25, 2014, he allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with another person older than age 13 but less than age 16.

It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation, and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
