Miller plead guilty to Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs, a felony of the third degree, as well as Aggravated Possession of Drugs and Possession of Heroin, both felonies of the fifth degree. was sentenced to fifteen years of Community Control, to begin after serving forty-two days at the Correction Center of Northwest Ohio. Miller was ordered to pay all costs of prosecution and court-appointed counsel.
Melissa L. Robertson plead guilty to Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs and Endangering Children, both felonies of the third degree, as well as Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree. She was sentenced to five years and six months at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. Robertson was ordered to pay all costs of prosecution and court-appointed counsel.

SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Sheriff Roy E. Miller announces that the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office conducting a High Visibility Traffic Blitz from May 18th through May 31st, in conjunction with the National Click It or Ticket campaign. Deputies who worked this Blitz made 111 traffic stops and issued 19 citations. Of the citations issued, 14 were for speed, 4 were for seatbelts and 1 was for a stop sign violation. Deputies also issued 91 warnings to motorists. The High Visibility Traffic Blitzes are paid for from a grant that the Sheriff’s Office received from the Ohio Department of Public Safety. Sheriff Miller and his deputies are dedicated to protecting the citizens of Fulton County and the motorists who travel its highways. This grant allows for extra patrol to enforce traffic laws that will increase the safety of motorists the roadway in areas that are prone to a higher number of serious and fatal crashes.
