On March 7, 2015, at 8:15 PM, James Treesh III, age 34, of Montpelier, Ohio, was operating a 2003 Chevy Venture on CR-1 west of CR-15.50 when he struck a deer that had ran onto the roadway. There was functional damage to the vehicle.
On March 7, 2015, at 11:20 AM, Sydney Brown, age 20, of West Unity, Ohio, was arrested on a Bench Warrant out of Bryan Municipal Court.
On March 9, 2015, at 11:21 AM, Casebere Motors in Bryan, Ohio, reported property damage. Five vehicles were shot and damaged over the night. No value of damage at this time. The incident is still under investigation. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact the Williams County Sheriff’s Office.
On March 9, 2015, Aric E. Grubb, age 34, of Montpelier, Ohio, was arrested on a Bench Warrant Absconded From Supervision.
On March 10, 2015, at 3:15 AM, Zachariah Heller, age 28, of Bryan, Ohio, was operating a 1995 Mercury Villager traveling south on SR-576 near CR-G when he struck a deer that had ran onto the roadway. The vehicle was functional and no injuries were reported.
On March 11, 2015, at 1:49 PM, Julie E. Arps, of Edgerton, Ohio, called to report that at approximately 8:30 PM, the rear window on her 2001 Oldsmobile was damaged. The total loss was estimated at $150.00 and the complaint remains under investigation.

COMMON PLEAS
Two individuals were sentenced on March 9, 2015, in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.
Brett Farless, 30, formerly of 10939 Old State Line Road, Swanton, previously pled guilty to 3 counts of Theft from an Elderly Person or Disabled Adult. Between September 24 and 26, 2014, he stole cash and credit cards from the residences of three elderly individuals. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Farless to prison for 30 months.
Anthony Cranston, 25, of 11286 Co Rd 5, Delta, previously pled guilty to Failure to Comply with Order or Signal of Police Officer. On October 21, 2014, he led police on a chase, at times reaching speeds of over 100 mph, which began on County Road 7 near County Road H and proceeded into the Village of Delta. Alcohol was involved. Judge Barber sentenced Mr. Cranston to prison for 12 months.

A Delta man was sentenced on March 11, 2015, in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman. Joshua Lopez, 19, of 9665 Co Rd 11, previously pled guilty to Gross Sexual Imposition. On May 30, 2014, he engaged in sexual contact with a girl who was under 13 years of age. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Lopez to prison for 15 months. He was found to be a Tier II sex offender which requires in-person verification every 180 days with the sheriff’s department for 25 years.
