FULTON COUNTY SHERIFF
Sheriff Roy E. Miller announces that the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting a Traffic Enforcement Blitz, designated “Halloween Blitz”. This blitz will run October 30th through October 31st. Deputies will be working various hours and locations around Fulton County and they will be looking for impaired drivers and other traffic violations associated with impaired driving. Sheriff Miller and his deputies are dedicated to protecting the citizens of Fulton County and the motorists who travel its highways. These Blitzes are being funded from a grant that was awarded to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office from the Ohio Department of Public Safety. The grant pays for extra patrol to enforce traffic laws that will increase the safety of motorists on the roadways in areas that are prone to a higher number of serious and fatal crashes.

FULTON COUNTY Grand Jury
On October 19, 2015, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney Scott A. Haselman.
Benjamin H. Kelley, age 29, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle. On or about September 8, 2015, he allegedly stole a motor vehicle.
Jason P. Schlotman, age 43, of Maineville, OH, was indicted on one count of Illegal Use of a Minor in a Nudity-Oriented Material or Performance. On or about April 6, 2015, he allegedly photographed a minor in a state of nudity without consent of the minor’s parents or guardian.
It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
