Second Half Liberty Center Surge Befouls Fayette Eagles’ Homecoming Night

FAYETTE: February 1, 2014 – The Fayette Eagles gave their hometown supporters a lot to cheer about on Homecoming Night in Eagle Country. Unfortunately for the Purple and Gold Nation, the visiting Liberty Center Tigers also gave their road warrior faithful something to celebrate over. After a first half of never being able to get the Eagles out of their rearview mirror, the Tigers went on a 36-22 second half tear, blowing open a close contest and coming away with a 54-38 win.

Koby Biddix and Chandler Sanford each put down 9 points to lead the Eagles. Tristen Bates and Jerad Seiler each had 6 points, Tyler Cox had 4, and Grant Schaffner and Skylar Lantz had 2 points apiece.
