The Stars of 4-H rencently held their third meeting of the year at the First Church of Christ in Bryan. Club members received their club fund raising materials from Labraid Frozen Pastry Dough company. Members were reminded of the following upcoming events or deadlines: April 1 – Dog Permits due for dog projects; Horse Quality Assurance on April 7 at 6:30 p.m. in the Thaman Building on the Williams County Fairgrounds; Officer and Advisor Training on April 9 at 6:30 p.m. at Montpelier School; and Food and Fashion Workshop on April 11 at the OSU Extension Office in Bryan at 9:30 a.m. for Fashion and 12:30 p.m. for Food. Club members who were working at the Business and Industry Show were asked to arrive at the Bryan Middle School on March 30 at 9:30 a.m. to set up and 8 a.m. on March 31 to assist at the entrance doors.
Club members Sarah Snavely, Lexi Dietsch, and Ethan Dunson gave demonstrations on their projects. The Cloverbuds made Sun Catchers for their craft project. Refreshments were provided by the Dietsc and Grime families. The next meeting will be Sunday, April 12 at 6:30 p.m. at the First Church of Christ in Bryan.
