Under old business, advisors checked to make sure that all livestock projects had been weighed in and tagged as needed. Members who received camperships for 4-H Camp were reminded to send a thank you note to their sponsors. The club decided to make a donation to Relay for Life which starts on June 19th.
Under new business, swine ID forms were due into the extension office on June 1st. The Williams County Clothing Workshop is Wednesdays, June 10 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Williams County Extension Office. State Fair entries are due to the state by June 20th. The fair booth theme this year will be “4-H On My Mind All The Time”.
Demonstrations were given by Noah Meyer, Madison Freeman, Haley Missler, Hannah Missler, Emma Shininger, and Ethan Moffett. The Cloverbud Report was given.
After recreation, snacks were served.
The next meeting will be held on Sunday, June 21st at 7 p.m. at The First Church of Christ in Bryan, Ohio.
