Under old business, members were reminded of the Dog/Small Animal Workshop on May 11 @ 6:30 p.m. at the OSU Extension Office in Bryan. The T-shirt Committee reported that the new club T-shirts will be jade with navy writing. The Fund Raising Committee reported a profit for the club from the sales of LaBraid frozen braided pastry and that Hannah Colbert was the top seller. Members voted to work two shifts at the upcoming Relay for Life on June 19th.
Under new business, members were reminded that Earlybird Camp Registration was due into the extension office on May 15th. A Cake Decorating Workshop will be held on May 16th at the OSU Extension Office in Bryan. The final Horse Quality Assurance is on May 18th at 6:30 p.m. at the Thaman Building on the Williams County Fairgrounds. Posters for the Booth Poster Contest are due at the extension office on May 12th @ 4:30 p.m. Sheep, goat, and calf tagging will be on May 30th from 8-11 a.m. at the Williams County Fairgrounds.
Bryce Dietsch gave a demonstration to the club on “How to Build Your Own Engine”. The Cloverbuds planted flowers, fruits, and vegetables for Mother’s Day gifts. Snacks were furnished by the Lambert and Hager families.
The next meeting will be held on Sunday, May 31st at 7:00 p.m. at the First Church of Christ in Bryan.
