THE VILLAGE REPORTER

After a very quiet summer (concerning severe weather), more strong storms followed the tornado outbreak from earlier this week, striking both Williams & Fulton Counties over the weekend.  Saturday found damage at the Fulton County Fairgrounds as a strong cell knocked over a trailer.  Sunday afternoon has found another round of storms producing a tornado in Lenawee County Michigan (north of Fulton County) in the early afternoon hours.  Storms from both days produced light rural flooding on area county roads.  At time of publication of this article we have not received word of any additional damage on Sunday.
