Stryker ACME Sweeps A Pair From Montpelier

MONTPELIER: June 10 – The Stryker ACME boys landed a pair of haymakers on Montpelier on June 10, winning 12-5 and 4-2

Game #1

Brody Shock got the start for Stryker, with Chad Ruffer being touched for five runs in relief. Parker Ruffer finished with an inning of scoreless ball.
Shock slammed a round tripper, and Parker Ruffer added a single and a double. Cody Hall had two doubles and a single, Colton Benson had a double and two singles, Jackson Wonders had a pair of base hits, and Austin Frisbie and Tyrel Patterson each had a single.
Dalton Surbey took the loss for Montpelier, with Andrew Luke coming on in relief.
Cody Caudill lashed a triple and a single, with Jared Shoup getting a pair of doubles, and Colin Rockey adding a single and a double. Jared Musser and Jared Sargent each had two singles, and Surbey had a base hit.

Game #2

Hall went the distance for Stryker, helping his own cause with a double.
Benson had a double, and Chad Ruffer, Parker Ruffer and Kaid Woolace each singled for the Panthers
Shoup took the loss for the Locos, with Luke taking another tour in relief.
Rockey had a pair of base hits, while Luke, Chase Steffes and Dyllon Godfrey each got onboard with a single.
