West Unity Library to Hold Programs during School Break

Area children are invited to visit the West Unity Library over Christmas and New Year’s break from school for fun programs. At 3:00 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 23rd, Thursday, Dec. 26th, and Monday, December 30th kids can make crafts and play games while they also visit with the ‘Tail Waggin’ Tutors,’ who will be on hand for children to read to. A Movie Day will be held on Thursday, January 2nd starting at 3:00 p.m. Monsters University, which tells the story of college going monsters, Mike and Sulley, and how their rivalry slowly turned into friendship, will be shown. This computer animated film is kid-friendly and rated G.

During the holiday break the library will also be holding a Christmas Toy giveaway. Children can enter their name into a drawing for a chance to win a Christmas toy each time they attend a program, or return a book that has been read.
